Emma Garland

AKA The Good Food Yogi.

A hawk-eyed, hands-on yoga teacher for over 10 years, Emma teaches all levels of yoga using a mix of in-person and online classes, 1-2-1s; workshops and retreats. Emma's relaxed approach uses tailored techniques to improve muscle imbalance, flexibility and strength.

We’ve worked with Emma for years at The Walled Garden School, Summer Camp and The Good Life Society. She has a fantastic way of working with groups of mixed abilities, from sessions in our beautiful, serene Walled Garden to a fresh fondness for paddleboard yoga down at the lake.
