Ukrainian chef, activist author, food writer and food stylist. Olia began as a chef after completing a course at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 2010, and ensures her heritage runs through everything she does.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 Olia has worked tirelessly to raise money and awareness for her homeland.
