Your voucher will expire after 12 months. Your slot must be booked in ahead of the class by getting in touch with us. A cancellation policy applies: you must still let us know 48 hours before the class if you can no longer attend in order to roll your credit to another class. Refunds are not possible from gift card credit, but rollovers and changes are.
