Sunday Saunas in The Walled Garden

We love a sauna! So much so we have now opened The Walled Garden sauna to guests who wish to visit. These Sunday sessions are designed to help you relax and unwind the stresses of daily life.

Sauna sessions are really good for your health (provided you have no pre-existing medical conditions). The dry heat you experience in a sauna has been proven to help reduce stress, improve heart health, relieve pain, and soothe sore muscles. It also helps to sweat out nasty toxins from within.

Join a communal session (of up to 4) or book a private session (of up to 5) for you and your friends.

You can book a private session with us, or join a communal session with other members of the public. The sauna fits up to 5 people comfortably, but we limit the number of people to 4 in our communal sessions to give everybody more space.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
