27th April - Garden to Vase with Welshborn Flowers
Sunday 27th April
10am - 4pm
Your ticket includes your bouquet, lunch, snacks and unlimited hot drinks.
During the first half of this workshop an expert horticulturist, Mark from Welshborn Flowers, will provide you with a how-to guide to getting started with seed sowing and planning your beds for a cut flower garden.
You will be guided through different types of seeds and how to get the best results. You will also look at what to do once your seeds germinate and how to care for your baby plants.
The second half of the workshop will be a tutorial on how to create a stunning bouquet using untraditional methods. Stepping away from traditional spiralling and stepping out of the box when it comes to a hand tied arrangement.
This workshop will take place in The Greenhouse.
Participants are asked to bring gloves with them.
What you will take away?
You will leave this masterclass with the bouquet you make and the skills to grow and pick flowers from your garden and put them together confidently.
