Timings

9:45am: Arrival and hellos

10am: The workshop begins.

1pm: Finish off the session with a communal lunch from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop.

2pm: Goodbyes

All equipment, food and and drink throughout the day is provided.

What to Expect

Reflect and Review
We’ll start with a guided Life Review exercise, helping you evaluate where you’re at and where you want to go. This reflective process will give you insights into what’s working well, where there may be gaps, and what areas of your life you’d like to focus on.

Set Meaningful Goals/ Intentions
You’ll have the opportunity to identify and set 1–3 impactful goals for 2025 (or more, if you feel inspired!). Whether these are personal, professional, or a mix of both, the focus will be on creating goals that truly resonate with you.

Clarity Techniques
Discover a powerful clarity technique designed to simplify your vision and help you focus on what you truly want in your life.

Practical Tips and Pitfalls
We’ll share tried-and-tested ‘top tips’ for achieving your goals and highlight common slip-ups to avoid, ensuring you’re set up for success right from the start.

Plan for Action
Finally, we’ll work together to create an actionable plan, breaking down at least one of your goals into achievable steps. This will leave you feeling motivated and ready to take your first steps toward success.
